The original article was published in Chem 13 News, but JCE published the following "chem 13 news digest" (McCormick, P. D.J. Chem. Educ. 1975, 52, 102), but this procedure MAY LEAD TO WASTE CONTAINER FIRES CAUSED BY PYROPHORIC ZINC, and more recent procedures using 0.7 M ZnSO4 should be substituted:http://www.jce.divched.org/Journal/Issues/1975/Feb/jceSubscriber/JCE1975p0102.pdf
